Free Pattern: Alex Beanie

This free pattern is for a teen/adult-sized beanie.

This hat has a snug fit around the ears, with a little extra space at the crown.

It's knit up with under 100g of dk weight merino.

If you're a confident beginner who is keen to try a tubular cast-on and centre double decreases then this will be a great project.

Experienced knitters will be able to whip up this warm beanie in a few hours.

Aside from 2x 50g balls of dk weight merino you will need 1 stitch marker, 4 locking stitch markers, 3.5mm needles and scissors and a needle to sew it up at the end.
